Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds are not applicable for products that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support at +923333645399 within 7 days.
  2. Share your order details and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, return the product to our address:
    Iftekhar Colony, Zohaib Hair Salon Street No. 3, Thokar Niaz Baig, Pakistan.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via store credit within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Exchange

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge after verification.
